Once again, CBRE entrusted us with a new challenge: to create the layout and ultimately the entire investment memorandum for a residential property in Berlin, Friedrichshain. Located between subculture and establishment, work life and nightlife, this stylishly designed residential property with 125 studio flats was being developed in collaboration with Code of Practice Architects, embracing the spirit of sustainable luxury. The design needed to capture the unique energy of this location.
The location made all the difference. Our agency highlighted this aspect and gave the property a fresh, sympathetic attitude. The building became more than just a property—it became a man, named Friedrich.
My Task
My role involved creating the layout concept for the investment memorandum based on the creative idea.
The presentation emphasised the property’s prime location in Berlin,as well as its unique personality. Below are some samples of my work.
